A classic Yule log , a flourless sponge filled with fresh whipped cream topped with chocolate ganache and a small dusting of icing sugar 

Buttercream Yule log, a flourless sponge filled with vanilla buttercream topped with chocolate ganache and a small dusting of icing sugar 

Kinder Yule Log , a flourless sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and chopped kinder chocolate topped with chocolate ganache and finish with kinder chocolates
